What we keep
When you ask for early access, we keep:
- your email address,
- the time you signed up,
- which form on the page you used,
- what you told us you'd use it for, if you did.
That's all. We don't keep your IP address or browser details with your sign-up. If you sign up twice, we keep the first one.
Why
To email you about early access to TellCrew. We won't send you anything else, and we don't sell or share the list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them when the page loads, and Google sees your IP address when it does.
Where it's stored
On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted at rest. Our hosting logs record errors, never the contents of the form, and are kept for 30 days.
How long
We delete the list when early access ends, or after two years at the most.
Getting removed
Mail ken@menlosoft.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it. Our backups keep a deleted entry for up to 35 days, then it's gone.
